Good to be part of a team! As BadG has already said, we are raiding Uranium to turn them into farms or delete. One has deleted and another has resigned himself into a farm.

As far as a leader....lets see who steps up before I go nominating. lol.

Hey guys sorry I completely missed this thread...what is going on...the raiding is terrible for me at the moment...BTW anyone think its a good idea to go after tff21...I can provide a denect amount of cavalry attack...I think itll be great if we can get his troop count down because he must really be eating up our farms...anyway great to be here.

Hey all. Didn't realize we were on a team already, but just got an IGM from tricker.

Anyway, nothing too dramatic happening over here. We did get raided by tff21, but he only sent 5 paladins to our main village, so wall+residence killed 2 of them lol. Of course he didn't get any resources either.

Now that we have our 2nd village (15-cropper) established, we are building up our army based there. First village army was temporary and it will be gone eventually. Just farming villages, oasis-hunting for hero exp, and trying to catch any big villages with big raid-pulls and/or troops sitting at home to kill.

Btw, when are people due to have catas in this team? Anyone getting close, or even considering it??

Also, has anyone on this entire server started rolling out with catas? When do you guys expect it?

I raid him constantly but he can really hurt my cute little clubbies. If anyone has some good offensive power can u send some troops to him every now and then. So it will be difficult for him to build.

I have one sitter already, threestar, whom I have cleared with Mike. I will drop my other sitter as he is not in this team either.

So I have need for one sitter and of course can recipricate. My time zone is GMT +5 (eastern).

Who is going to be our Defensive player within our team?
I know its a little early to truly need defeneders...until catas are rolling its not really necessary. But still, it should be something we've got planned, so when the time comes, defenders are already trained and ready to go. Obviously needs to be a Roman or Gaul within the team.

Romans and Gauls...how are you guys doing out there? Any volunteers as defensive support for Eta Team? If so, get training king

Hi All!
Can you please let me know who is the leader of your command group, and who your def player(s) are.
I prefer gauls for the def role but I am ok with romans if you want.
And once you have established those, you can start a rotating CFR in the group, where anyday that their is not an alliance-wide CFR, you all send 1hour to the next person on the list. And if it is the def player, you would send to that person twice and all resources would be spent on def troop training and developing.
That way your team has a good def army for smaller CFDs.
You may also want to start a skype chat room just for your command team so you can have more agile reactions.
And finally, you will notice I have started adding OAR+ and OAR-V members to the command teams. Please make sure you are all working together as one command team.

Yes I did, but I'm not always online. And now that their defense is low we need to keep it low Smile

. Or else they will just rebuild. And if we all keep attacking them then their army stays low.

As for the team leader, I think a good experienced player is what we are looking for Smile

Anyone wanna step forward?

I would hereby like to nominate wces as group leader

* he has good attack rank
* he has good population rank
* Active on all fronts
